At Aldar Tissues we are focussed on finding new and innovative ways to improve every aspect of our operations. In 2022 we invested in a state of the art, purpose built 100,000 square foot premises fitted with brand new, top of the range machinery from PCMC, TMC and Robopac. Our consumer and professional production lines allow us the full flexibility to tailor our process to the needs of each individual product, ensuring that output is maximised with minimal waste.

Our consumer line alone is capable of converting 600 meters of household tissue products per minute, or 220+ packs in over 60 different variations across bathroom tissue and kitchen towel products. In addition to this, it features advanced embossing technology which offers a number of unique benefits: improved tissue bulk and softness, increased absorption, and custom decorative patterns to name a few! Automated processes featuring robotic packing and wrapping ensure the highest levels of quality and operating efficiency from end to end.
